Review and report of $RVNL

In our previous opnion on $RVNL we suggested price to be reaching Rs. 414 level in a month, which it did so very shortly. But at the current juncture, things seem to be a bit unclear. We will wait for price to trade above Rs. 450 which will be much clearer then.
