Adani Enterprises: Revenue Jumps 74%, EBITDA Rises 62%
ADANIENT Adani Enterprises: Revenue Jumps 74%, EBITDA Rises 62% **ADANIENT** Adani Enterprises reported strong Q2 FY27 operating performance, with consolidated revenue increasing 74% YoY to ₹38,023 crore and EBITDA rising 62% to ₹6,316 crore. **Why it matters:** Continuing profit before tax surged 146% to ₹2,002 crore. However, profit attributable to owners declined 55% to ₹1,492 crore, partly due to an exceptional gain in the previous year's quarter. The copper business witnessed significant growth, with sales volume reaching 80.6 KT against 11.8 KT last year. Solar module manufacturing capacity also expanded to 10 GW. **My view:** Strong revenue and EBITDA growth reflect improving scale across emerging businesses. Copper expansion, renewable energy and data centres could support future growth. However, profitability and capital allocation need close monitoring. **What to watch:** Copper capacity utilisation, airport operations, solar module sales, data centre expansion, debt levels, cash flows and capital expenditure. **Stance:** Adani Enterprises offers exposure to India's infrastructure and energy transition opportunities. However, execution, debt management and valuation remain key factors. **Disclosure:** I am a SEBI Registered Research Analyst.
