360 ONE WAM Acquires Quark Solar for ₹9.38 Crore to Strengthen Renewable Energy Platform
360 ONE WAM Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited, has acquired 100% equity stake in Quark Solar Private Limited for ₹9.38 crore in cash. The transaction, executed via a Share Purchase Agreement on April 20, 2026, is expected to close within one month subject to customary conditions.
Quark Solar specializes in EPC and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for commercial and industrial renewable energy projects across India. The acquisition positions Quark as a step-down subsidiary and operating entity to manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) linked to 360 ONE's planned renewable energy infrastructure investments.
Financial Snapshot of Quark Solar:
FY26: ₹17.13 crore turnover
FY25: ₹19.42 crore
FY24: ₹18.93 crore
The deal underscores 360 ONE's strategic push into the renewable energy sector, enabling vertical integration and operational control over upcoming solar and wind assets. By bringing in-house EPC and O&M capabilities, the firm aims to enhance execution efficiency, reduce third-party dependency, and deliver stronger returns for its alternative investment funds.
This acquisition aligns with India's accelerating clean energy transition and 360 ONE's broader mandate to build a scalable infrastructure platform. With Quark Solar's established track record, 360 ONE is better positioned to capture opportunities in the growing C&I renewable segment while supporting portfolio companies with end-to-end project lifecycle management.
