Revenue from operations rose by 7.3% to ₹911.5 crore, supported by recovery in equity markets after initial volatility due to Trump tariffs in early April 2025. MD & CEO Karan Bhagat highlighted the strategic momentum driven by talent and recent inorganic moves, including the acquisition of B&K Securities and a collaboration with UBS AG. The partnership has enhanced 360 One’s ability to offer integrated wealth solutions across advisory, research, and execution.
Amid this positive backdrop, public shareholder BC Asia Investments X is set to offload a 3.7% stake (1.5 crore shares) through a block deal at ₹1,160 per share—a 5% discount to the last closing price.
