ACME Solar Commissions BESS and Wind Power Projects, Boosting Renewable Capacity

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has achieved two major milestones in its renewable energy portfolio. First, it successfully commissioned the sixth phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, adding 38 MW / 80.252 MWh of storage capacity. This brings the total operational capacity of its subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, to 285 MW / 601.904 MWh, reinforcing grid stability and round-the-clock power delivery. Second, through another subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, the company completed its 100 MW wind power project in Surendranagar, Gujarat, with the final 4 MW commissioned on April 13, 2026. The project was developed in phases, reflecting disciplined execution and technical expertise. These developments highlight ACME’s dual focus on scaling clean generation and enabling grid reliability through storage. With both wind and BESS assets now fully operational, ACME strengthens its role as a key contributor to India’s clean energy transition and grid modernization efforts.
