Aster DM Healthcare Limited has issued a clarification under SEBI LODR Regulation 30, stating that its proposed ₹125 crore healthcare project in Kottakkal, Kerala, announced on December 18, is subject to necessary corporate approvals. The clarification, released on December 20, emphasizes that the investment will proceed only after obtaining board approvals from both Aster DM Healthcare and its subsidiary, Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (MIMS). The project aims to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in northern Kerala but remains at a proposal stage pending formal clearances. The company reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, urging investors to await further updates before the proposals are finalized. The disclosure was made to both BSE and NSE to ensure equitable information dissemination.
