Bajaj Healthcare Posts 31% Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26 on Strong API Export Surge

Bajaj Healthcare Limited delivered a strong performance in Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations rising 31.3% YoY to ₹1,612.2 million, driven by a stellar 109.8% surge in API exports to ₹486.8 million. The growth highlights the company’s expanding footprint in international markets and robust demand for its specialty APIs. EBITDA grew even faster at 34.6% to ₹323.3 million, with margins improving to 19.8%, while profit for the period jumped 33.7% to ₹156.7 million, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency. Segment-wise: Domestic API sales rose 15.3% to ₹838.5 million Formulations grew 6.8% to ₹287.0 million For the nine-month period, revenue reached ₹4,579.7 million (+18%) and profit soared 36.4% to ₹386.2 million, underscoring consistent performance. Key milestones included: Becoming the first Indian firm approved by CDSCO for Phase III trials of Suvorexant tablets Launching Magtein (Magnesium L-Threonate) in India via collaboration with Threotech LLC Filing 9 new DMFs, taking cumulative filings to 69, with 10 CEPs filed (8 approved) MD Anil Jain emphasized growth in the CDMO business and CNS portfolio, including ongoing development of Cenobamate. With regulatory momentum and export strength, Bajaj Healthcare is well-positioned for sustained expansion in global regulated markets.
