Biocon Biologics Expands Global Outreach with New Cancer and Insulin Collaborations

, has partnered with Malaysia’s National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM) to launch a Patient Assistance Program (PAP), aimed at providing affordable cancer treatment to underserved patients. The initiative will supply key biosimilars like Trastuzumab, Pegfilgrastim, and Bevacizumab through NCSM, addressing financial barriers and treatment delays. This collaboration was formalized during the National Cancer Congress Malaysia 2025. This move builds on Biocon Biologics’ global outreach, including its recent strategic partnership with Civica, Inc. in March 2025 to expand access to Insulin Aspart in the United States. Under this deal, Biocon supplies the drug substance, while Civica produces and commercializes the insulin product in the U.S., targeting the large diabetic population where affordability remains a major concern. With operations spanning over 120 countries, Biocon Biologics continues to strengthen its position as a leader in delivering cost-effective biosimilars for chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders.
