Glenmark Launches World’s First Nebulized Triple Therapy for COPD

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has launched Nebzmart GFB Smartules and Glenmark Airz FB Smartules—the world’s first nebulized fixed-dose triple therapy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The innovative formulation combines glycopyrronium, formoterol, and budesonide in a single nebulized dose, offering a breakthrough in respiratory care. Designed to reduce airway obstruction, inflammation, and breathlessness, the therapy improves lung function and simplifies treatment for patients who struggle with inhalers like MDIs or DPIs. Clinical studies in India showed rapid improvement in lung function, better dyspnea control, and a well-tolerated safety profile.
