IRB InvIT Fund Reports 16% YoY Toll Revenue Growth in November
IRB InvIT Fund posted a strong 16% year-on-year increase in gross toll revenue for November 2025, driven by robust performance across its portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including key contributors like IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Limited and M.V.R. Infrastructure & Tollways Limited.
This follows an 11% growth in October 2025, with total toll collections rising to ₹936 million, led by a surge on the Pathankot-Amritsar stretch, despite declines on select routes like Jaipur-Deoli.
The consistent revenue growth reflects improving traffic volumes and operational efficiency in India’s core highway infrastructure sector.
The fund will announce its Q2 and H1 FY26 results on November 13, 2025, along with an earnings call at 4:30 PM IST. The Board will review financials and consider declaring the second distribution for FY26, with a potential record date of November 18, 2025.
The sustained uptick in toll income signals healthy demand trends and bodes well for unitholder returns, reinforcing confidence in IRB InvIT Fund’s asset quality and long-term performance outlook.
