KPIT Technologies Acquires OXI SRL Italy for $6 Million, Expands Global Footprint

KPIT Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of OXI SRL Italy through its UK subsidiary for $6 million, acquiring 100% of its equity. This move is part of KPIT’s broader strategy to strengthen its global capabilities in software-led engineering and digital transformation. The deal is a component of KPIT’s larger acquisition of Caresoft entities, which has been restructured with revised terms: the total consideration reduced from $191 million to $157 million, with a new $15 million variable payment tied to revenue and synergy milestones. Prior to this, KPIT had already acquired Caresoft subsidiaries in the USA, UK, and Mexico for $51 million, and infused €28 million into its UK subsidiary and $28 million into its US entity to support integration and growth. The acquisition of OXI SRL enhances KPIT’s expertise in enterprise solutions and supports its expansion in Europe. With performance-linked payouts and strategic capital deployment, KPIT is taking a disciplined approach to scaling globally, boosting its competitive edge in the evolving tech landscape.
