KPIT Technologies Reports Mixed Q2 with 4.4% Revenue Growth, Navigates Client-Related Headwinds
KPIT Technologies posted a 4.4% YoY growth in dollar revenue and maintained a healthy EBITDA margin of 21.1% in Q2 FY26, reflecting operational resilience amid a challenging automotive technology landscape. However, the company faced a $65 million revenue impact due to client deprioritization and solution cannibalization, underscoring sector volatility.
To strengthen its capabilities, KPIT completed the consolidation of Caresoft and increased its stake in N-Dream to 90% for €2.82 million, enhancing its offerings in embedded systems and digital cockpit solutions.
The company sees a recovery path ahead, with strong deal wins from European OEMs and expects growth momentum to pick up in Q4.
While near-term headwinds persist, KPIT’s strategic investments and focus on next-gen mobility solutions position it well to capitalize on the ongoing digital transformation in the auto industry. Investors will watch for improved traction in upcoming quarters.
