Lemon Tree Hotels to Open 56-Room Property in Gaya, Bihar

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a license agreement for a new 56-room hotel in Gaya, Bihar, marking a strategic expansion in the state. The property, to be managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels, will feature modern amenities including a restaurant, banquet hall, pool, fitness center, spa, and meeting spaces. Strategically located 14 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 6 km from Gaya Railway Station, the hotel caters to pilgrims, leisure travelers, and business guests. This addition strengthens Lemon Tree’s presence in Bihar, where it already operates one hotel with another upcoming. With this signing, Lemon Tree’s footprint grows to over 110 operational hotels across 75+ cities, backed by a pipeline of 110+ upcoming properties.
