MOIL Raises Manganese Ore Prices for February 2026
MOIL Limited has implemented a selective price hike for its manganese ore grades, effective from February 1, 2026. Most product categories will see a 5% increase, including ferro grades (Mn-44% and above, excluding BG4584), SMGR (Mn-30%), fines, and all chemical grades. The UKF532 (Metal Mandi Fines) grade has been increased by a higher 10%.
However, prices for BG4584, SMGR (Mn-25% and Mn-20%), and other Metal Mandi fines (DBF575, MSF592) remain unchanged, along with the EMD basic price at ₹1.9 lakh per metric tonne.
The revised pricing reflects MOIL’s monthly market-responsive strategy, signaling stronger demand for high-grade and specialty ores, while maintaining competitiveness in lower-grade segments. The move is expected to boost near-term revenue realization amid stable operational conditions.
