Prestige Estates Partners with ABIL Group for ₹9,000 Crore Versova Residential Project

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has entered a strategic joint venture with ABIL Group through Aaramnagar Realty LLP to develop a premium residential project in Versova, Mumbai. Spanning 6 acres with a development potential of 1.7 million sq ft, the project carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹9,000 crore. Located in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after western suburbs, the development aims to tap into strong demand for high-end homes, backed by excellent connectivity and social infrastructure. This marks a significant expansion of Prestige’s footprint in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market. Commenting on the move, Chairman & MD Irfan Razack highlighted Mumbai’s enduring appeal and the project’s alignment with Prestige’s focus on quality and timely delivery. With 313 completed projects and 128 in the pipeline as of December 2025, the JV reinforces Prestige’s strategy of scaling in high-demand urban corridors.
