SJS Enterprises Posts 25.4% Revenue Growth, shows greenshoots

SJS Enterprises Limited reported strong Q2 FY26 results, with consolidated revenue up 25.4% YoY to ₹2,417.6 crore, driven by a stellar 44.3% growth in the two-wheeler segment and double-digit gains in PV and consumer segments. Its automotive business grew 29.5%, far outpacing the industry’s 9.5% production growth. Profitability surged: EBITDA rose 40.9% to ₹728.4 crore (margin: 29.6%) and PAT jumped 48.4% to ₹432.7 crore (margin: 17.9%), on the back of improved product mix and operational efficiency. Exports grew 40.9% YoY to ₹231.9 crore (9.6% of sales), with new projects from global OEMs. The company also signed an MoU with BOE Varitronix to manufacture automotive displays in India, marking entry into premium tech-integrated aesthetics. With a net cash position of ₹1,588.8 crore and no debt, SJS is well-positioned for growth. Management aims to raise export share to 14–15% by FY28 and continues to strengthen its position as a leading one-stop decorative solutions provider for OEMs. The results highlight SJS’s consistent ability to outperform the auto sector through innovation, diversification, and strategic partnerships.
