Transrail Lighting Bags ₹548 Crore EPC Order, Posts 65% Profit Growth in Q2

Transrail Lighting reported strong performance in Q2 FY26, with consolidated profit surging 65% YoY to ₹91 crore and revenue up 43% to ₹1,561 crore, driven by robust order execution. EBITDA rose 34% to ₹186 crore. The momentum was further boosted by a ₹548 crore EPC order for a power transmission line from a client in the Middle East and North Africa region, underscoring its growing international presence. For FY26, the company’s order book has reached ₹4,285 crore, with an additional ₹2,575 crore in L1 positions, providing strong revenue visibility. Orders across railways, poles, and lighting also contributed to its diversified growth. CEO Randeep Narang highlighted the strengthening of Transrail’s capabilities in turnkey EPC projects across power, civil, railway, and solar infrastructure. With operations in 60 countries and four years of focused expansion in power T&D, Transrail is well-positioned to capitalize on global infrastructure demand, reinforcing confidence in its long-term growth trajectory.
