Waaree Group Expands Globally with Strategic EPC and Module Supply Deals

The Waaree Group, a leading player in the solar energy sector, is making significant strides both domestically and internationally. Recently, Waaree Renewable Technologies signed a non-binding MoU with Vietnam-based Viet Khanh Joint Stock Company for the execution of a 100 MWp ground-mounted solar project on a turnkey basis. This marks a key step in the company’s global expansion strategy, tapping into emerging markets in Southeast Asia. In a related development, Waaree Energies (

WAAREEENER
) , another major entity within the group, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas , has received an order to supply 599 MW of solar modules to a prominent U.S.-based developer of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The delivery is scheduled for CY2026, further strengthening the group's footprint in the international solar market. These moves come against the backdrop of strong financial performance. In Q4FY25, Waaree Energies reported a 34% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹619 crore, while its total order book stood at 25 GW valued at ₹47,000 crore. The company is also targeting an EBITDA of ₹5,500–6,000 crore for FY26, driven by its robust pipeline and execution capabilities. With these two companies—Waaree Renewable Technologies and Waaree Energies—playing pivotal roles in engineering, module manufacturing, and overseas project execution, the Waaree Group is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing global demand for renewable energy solutions.
