This strategic move marks Zydus’s formal entry into the vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) segment.
Comfort Click, a fast-growing player in the UK and European markets, reported revenues of £134 million and an adjusted operating profit of £21 million for FY25, with a five-year CAGR of 57%. The European VMS market is valued at around £11 billion, offering significant growth potential.
The acquisition aligns with Zydus Wellness’s vision to expand its global footprint, enhance digital health offerings, and strengthen capabilities in personalised, consumer-centric wellness solutions. Chairman Sharvil Patel highlighted the move as a step toward anticipating evolving consumer needs, while CEO Tarun Arora called it a milestone in building leadership in the global wellness space.
With the global digital VMS market expected to reach $50–60 billion by 2030, growing at 7–9% CAGR, this acquisition positions Zydus Wellness to tap into rising trends in preventive healthcare, e-commerce, and digital wellness platforms—ushering in a new phase of international growth and innovation.
