Announce a Joint Venture for manufacturing - Premier Energies Ltd

Premier Energies Limited, has entered into a joint venture with Hyderabad-based Nuevosol Energy Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of solar PV mounting structures. The JV aims to manufacture aluminium-based solar module frames and value-added components critical to solar modules. Under the agreement, Premier Energies will hold a majority stake in this strategic partnership. The joint venture will set up a 36,000 MT/year aluminium extrusion and anodizing facility in Seetharampuram, Telangana, to support Premier Energies’ solar manufacturing operations and is expected to begin commercial operations in FY 2027. Mr. Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director of Premier Energies, stated on the signing of the JV agreement, "We are pleased to announce our partnership with Nuevosol Energy, which reflects our commitment to building a resilient and vertically integrated solar manufacturing ecosystem in India.
