NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value. ALSO NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 560 residential units at Aspire Leisure Park, Greater Noida (W), U.P. through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1153.13 crore. NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.
