Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd has acquired 4,095,180 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by individual shareholders in Zuventus, thereby making Zuventus a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The said Equity Shares have been duly credited to the demat account of the Company, after completion of due procedures. The existing Equity shareholding of the Company in Zuventus is 79.58%. Post-acquisition, the shareholding of the Company in Zuventus will be 100%.
