Apollo Micro Systems Ltd will acquire promoter shares representing 41.33% of Premier Explosives Ltd. a) Total consideration is valued at approximately INR 1550 crores, subject to customary closing adjustments. b) The transaction is expected to close in Third Quarter/December 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approvals, shareholder approval, etc. c) Following completion, Premier Explosives Ltd will come under umbrella of Apollo Micro Systems Ltd and will continue to operate under its existing brand, with scaled performance.
