Geojit Financial Services Ltd. announced its second quarter results for the fiscal year 2025 - 26 following the meeting of its Board of Directors on 20 October 2025 at Kochi, Kerala. a) Consolidated Revenaue decreased YoY by 21% from Rs. 218.55 crore to Rs. 172.94 crore and is up by 13% QoQ. b) Profit Before Tax (PBT) decreased YoY by 60% from Rs. 75.52 crore to Rs. 30.31 crore and is down by 17% QoQ. c) Profit After Tax (PAT) decreased YoY by 59% from Rs. 57.42 crore to Rs. 23.47 crore and is down 18% QoQ. d) Equity and equity related income decreased YoY by 37% from Rs. 128.85 crore to Rs. 81.63 crore and is down 6% QoQ. e) Distribution income increased YoY by 12% from Rs. 55.73 crore to Rs. 62.33 crore and is up 66% QoQ.
