Details of Subject Licence Agreement as below a) With = Domino S.r.l, a company incorporated under the law of Italy. b) Area = OEMs in Indian market and South East Asian markets. c) Scope = Pricol is licensed to manufacture, distribute and sell the Switches, Throttles, and allied products for use as original equipment in 2- Wheeler as required by the customers. PRICOL and Domino S.r.l shall in consultation decide the customer requirements and specifications to deploy end-to-end solutions. d) Consideration = Royalty shall be paid as consideration based on usage of license.
