ABB INDIA Results Analysis Q2CY25

Operating Revenue for Q2CY25 is Rs. 3,175 Crs., 12.2% growth YoY (posted its highest second quarter revenue in the last five years), Total Income is Rs. 3,275 Crs., 12.3% growth YoY, EBITDA is Rs. 414 Crs., 23.7% Negative growth YoY, EBITDA Margin is 13.04% declined by 612 Basis points YoY (11th consecutive quarter of double-digit margins, negatively impacted by forex fluctuations and one-offs cost provisions in the Electrification segment in Q2 CY2025), PBT Rs. 474 Crs., 20% Negative growth YoY, PAT Rs. 352 Crs. 20.5% Negative growth YoY. On QoQ basis Op. Revenue is flat, Total Income is also flat, But EBITDA is down by 28.9%, and EBITDA Margins are declined by 539 Basis points, PBT is also down by 25.5% and PAT is also down by 25.7%. During the Q2CY25 Company having the order of Rs. 3,036, which was declined by 12% YoY due to the impact of large order timing, while base orders increased. The Board of Directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of INR 9.77 per equity share of face value of INR 2 each.
