$ATHERENERG Financial performance and key Operating Metrics (Consolidated) : Operating Revenue for Q1FY27 is Rs. 1,217 Crs., 88.79% growth YoY, Total Income is Rs. 1,260 Crs., 87.19% growth YoY, Gross Profit is Rs. 282 Crs., 123.1% growth YoY, EBITDA is Rs. 9.45 Crs. in comparison to Loss of Rs. 106 Cr. YoY, PBT and PAT is same negative Rs. 51.09 Crs. in comparison to Loss of Rs. 178 Cr., so loss is reduced. On QoQ basis Operating Revenue is up by 3.6%, Total Income is also up by 3.78%, Gross Profit is up by 4.68%, EBITDA turned profit from Loss of 30 Cr. in qtr., PBT and PAT is still in loss but loss is reduced from Rs. 100 Cr. to 51 Cr. Q1 performance (despite disruptions): • Wholesale volume +81% YoY: 46k → 83k units. • Retail/registrations +102% YoY: 44.9k → 90k+ units; retail again outpaced wholesale, increasing urgency to expand capacity. • Average sales price reached ₹1.61 lakh (from ~₹1.5 lakh last quarter) Quarter affected by “labor crisis” and “West Asia war-induced crisis” early in the quarter; Completed ₹1,300 crore QIP “a few weeks ago” with strong domestic and foreign participation. Seeking shareholder approval for ₹1,200 crore preference issue; total targeted raise ₹2,500 crore. Capacity Expansion : Phase 1 adds 5 lakh/year capacity; total capacity becomes 9.2 lakh/year “later this calendar year.” Phase 2 could add another 5 lakh/year, taking total to 14.2 lakh/year.
