Operating Revenue for Q2FY26 is Rs. 1,068 Crs., 44.2% growth YoY, Total Income is Rs. 1,140 Crs., 40.2% growth YoY, EBITDA is Rs. 691 Crs., 77.9% growth YoY, EBITDA Margin is 64.66% improved by 11224 Basis points YoY, PBT Rs. 739 Crs., 62.3% growth YoY, PAT Rs. 557 Crs. 61.7% growth YoY. On QoQ basis Op. Revenue is up by 11.53%, Total Income is up by 9.1%, EBITDA is up by 10.45%, PBT is up by 5.4% and PAT is also up by 5.9%. Sensex derivatives-Derivatives momentum (Sensex options) continued with ADPT > Rs. 15,000 crores, Mutual Fund Distribution-Record revenues: Rs. 69.7 crores (+18% YoY). Q2 FY26: 97 new equity listings (main + SME), raising Rs. 53,548 crores. BSE delivered again an outstanding quarter, driven by derivatives, mutual fund distribution, and SME listings.
