FY25 – Operating Revenue Rs. 12,051 Cr. 33.8% Growth YoY, Profit before tax (PBT) Rs. 1,296 Cr. 21% Growth YoY, PAT Rs. 936 Cr. 11.96% Growth YoY. The Board has also declared Fourth interim dividend of Rs. 19/- (Rupees Nineteen only) per Equity Share. Sub-Division/Split of existing Equity Shares of the Company, such that existing 1 (One) Equity Share having a face value of INR 10 (Ten) each into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of INR 5 (Five) each, fully paid up.
