FY25 – Operating Revenue Rs. 12,563 Cr. 1.3% flat Growth YoY, EBITDA (Incl. Other Income) Rs. 2,867 Cr. 0.6% Negative Growth YoY, EBITDA Margin 22.8% 40 bps Negative Growth YoY, Profit after tax (PAT) Rs. 1,768 Cr. 4.1% Negative Growth YoY. Company is navigating a challenging demand environment with a clear focus on portfolio rationalization, premiumization, and channel expansion. Management is cautiously optimistic. The Board declared Final dividend of Rs. 5.25 per Equity Share.
