Q4FY25 – Revenue Rs. 8,506 Cr. (Highest Ever Quarter) 20% Growth YoY, EBITDA Rs. 2,475 Cr. 32% Growth YoY, EBITDA Margin 29%, Profit after tax (PAT) Rs. 1,594 Cr. 22% Growth YoY. FY25 – Revenue Rs. 32,554 Cr. 17% Growth YoY (strong performance in revenue was driven by contributions from the recently acquired NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) business and a steady growth across core segments) , EBITDA Rs. 9,213 Cr (Highest Ever). 11% Growth YoY, EBITDA Margin 28% Negative Growth 140 bps YoY, Profit after tax (PAT) Rs. 5,654 Cr. 2% Growth YoY. FY25 -- Geographical revenue mix stood as follows: 45% North America, 17% India, 17% Emerging markets, 11% Europe and remaining from others. BOD has recommended a dividend of ₹ 8 per equity share.
