Q4FY25 – Operating Revenue Rs. 3,598 Cr. 6.26% Growth YoY, Profit before tax (PBT) Rs. 671 Cr. 2.89% Negative Growth YoY, Profit After Tax (PAT) Rs. 412 Cr. 14.7% Negative Growth YoY. FY25 – Operating Revenue Rs. 14,364 Cr. 1.90% Growth YoY, Profit before tax (PBT) Rs. 2,735 Cr. 2.24% Growth YoY, Profit After Tax (PAT) Rs. 1,852 Cr. 3.39% Negative Growth YoY, Consolidated volume grew 5% YoY. Operations have commenced at two newly inaugurated factories - Chengalpattu in Tamil Nadu and Malanpur in Madhya Pradesh The Board declared Final dividend of Rs. 5 per Equity Share. Results are below expectations.
