Financial performance and key Operating Metrics (Standalone) : Operating Revenue for Q1FY27 is Rs. 5,413 Crs., 127.44% growth YoY, Total Income is Rs. 5,508 Crs., 128.71% growth YoY, Gross Profit is Rs. 2,572 Crs., 166.3% growth YoY, EBITDA is Rs. 2,120 Crs., 171.78% growth YoY, EBITDA Margin is 39.17% improved by 639 basis points YoY, PBT Rs. 2,008 Crs., 162.02% growth YoY, PAT Rs. 1,527 Crs. 140.61% growth YoY. Highest ever quarterly/yearly Revenue, EBITDA and PAT on a Standalone basis. EBITDA Margin drivers : Slurry pipeline commissioning reduced logistics/freight (structural), Higher realizations and stronger geographic mix, Product mix shift to value-added products (notably pellets). On QoQ basis Operating Revenue is up by 10.18%, Total Income is also up by 10.67%, Gross Profit is up by 21.34%, EBITDA is up by 31.33%, PBT is up by 32.54% and PAT is also up by 43.29%. Capex incurred FY24–FY26: INR 13,513 cr, plus INR 3,005 cr in Q1 FY27. Iron ore production volume for Q1FY27 stood at 6.05MnT, exhibiting a growth of 53% YoY. ▪ Iron ore sales volume for Q1FY27 stood at 5.46MnT, exhibiting a growth of 58% YoY. DRI Sales Volume: DRI Q1FY27 volumes stood at 183.92kt higher 133% YoY. Pellets Production for Q1FY27 stood at 1.69MnT. Achieved 100% Capacity Utilisation within 4 months. Tata Steel JV / contracts: conversion EBITDA, MDO start, and slurry pipeline BOT evaluation, more clarity expected over the coming year.
