ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS CROSSES 1 CRORE SMART METERS

has reported operational progress across it's transmission, distribution and smart metering businesses in Q4FY26, including the commissioning of it's second high-voltage direct current (HVDC) project and surpassing 1 crore cumulative smart meter installations. The company also commissioned the Mumbai HVDC Project during the quarter, which strengthens the city’s transmission capacity by 1,000 MW and supports rising peak demand while improving grid reliability and climate action initiatives. Promoter has increased stake from 69.94% in Mar25 to 72.72% in Mar26. Further, DIIs have also increased their stake from 6.33% in Mar25 to 10.24% in Mar26, thereby showing confidence in the company's growth trajectory.
