Shares of air conditioner manufacturers like $VOLTAS and $BLUESTARCO have been in focus after Skymet reported that hot weather conditions are expected to continue till the first week of June. Heatwave conditions have been predicted this week in large parts of northwest and central India, as the mercury inched towards the 45 degree mark in many places. High temperatures are expected to increase the demand for air conditioners. In fact retail sales prices of air conditioners have already risen by 10-15% due to high input costs of copper, moreover stores are already facing a supply crunch. These companies are expected to give good returns in the coming quarters.
