AMBER ENTERPRISES SHARES IN FOCUS AFTER Rs 1,000 CRORE QIP

have been in focus after the fund raising committee of the board of directors allotted 12,57,861 shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of Rs 7,950 per share, aggregating to Rs 999.99 crore. This was at a 4.30% discount to previous closing price of Rs 8,307.85 for the stock.
A total of 15% of the QIP was allotted to Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund. Another 15% of the issue was allotted to four of Invesco India's schemes. Besides insurer HDFC Life Insurance Company was allotted 12.50% of the QIP issue, and Foreign portfolio investor Allianz Global Investors Fund (Allianz India Equity) was allotted 6.50%, whereas mutual fund scheme HDFC Mutual Fund (HDFC Manufacturing Fund) was allotted 5% of the QIP.
Recently, the company has achieved a new 52-week high in its stock price, reflecting strong performance with significant gains over the past week. The company boasts a low Debt to EBITDA ratio, robust annual sales growth, and consistent positive results, solidifying its position as a major player in the electronics sector.
