APOLLO TYRES LINES UP Rs 3,500 CRORE CAPEX FOR FY27
India's leading tyremaker $APOLLOTYRE has outlined a capital expenditure of Rs 3,500 crore for FY27, to expand manufacturing capacity amid strong demand and high utilisation across it's India and Europe operations. For FY27, nearly Rs 3,000 crore of the Rs 3,500 crore capex will be incurred in India, where the company is expanding both truck and car tyre capacity. The balance will go towards Europe, where passenger car tyre expansion at their Hungary plant is already underway. The company has reported a sales revenue of Rs 28,471 crore for FY26, up by 9% compared to the Rs 26,123 crore sales revenue of FY25. It has also reported a good operating profit of Rs 4,143 crore for FY26, up by 15% compared to the Rs 3,595 crore operating profit of FY25. The company has also been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 26% thereby making it a good investment for regular income.
