reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 363 crore in Q4FY26, up by 32% when compared to the same quarter last year. This was mainly driven by strong growth in revenue, order inflows and continued momentum across it's core businesses, even as investments in it's semiconductor vertical weighed on margins. The company’s pending order backlog stood at Rs 17,107 crore as of Mar26, marking a 61% increase over the previous year and providing strong revenue visibility for FY27. CG Semi Private Limited, a subsidiary of
CGPOWER
, had last year launched it's G1 OSAT facility with capabilities in conventional and advanced semiconductor packaging, and a peak capacity of 0.5 million units per day. It's second facility, G2, currently under construction near the G1 site in Sanand, is expected to be completed by end-2026 and will scale capacity to nearly 14.5 million units per day. Together, the two units are expected to generate over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs.
