CIPLA PHARMA COMPLETES MERGER WITH WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY INZPERA HEALTH SCIENCES

CIPLA
has announced it's merger with Inzpera Healthsciences Limited. This consolidation aims for more efficient resource utilisation and greater economies of scale. The merger will improve operating parameters and maximise shareholder value through integration. Greater efficiency in cash management and access to cash flows is also expected. Business processes will be simplified, reducing administrative expenses and compliance costs. Having a market cap of Rs 1,14,500 crore, the company has been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 25.7% making it a good investment option for regular income. Moreover, DIIs have increased stake in the company from 31.71% in Mar26 to 34.35% in Jun26, thereby showing confidence in the company's growth prospects.
