DIXON TECHNOLOGIES AND SIGNIFY TO FORM JOINT VENTURE FOR LIGHTING OEM BUSINESS

and Signify India will jointly set up a joint venture company to manufacture lighting products and accessories which is expected to complete by Nov 2025. The joint venture will be a 50:50 partnership by both companies with each company holding equal ownership but contributing in different forms It is expected that will transfer it's lighting business to this JV company and Signify will inject the required capital. The collaboration aims to build a stronger OEM supply chain in the lighting segment in order to serve both domestic and international markets more effectively
