DYNAMATIC TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS MOU WITH AERODATA FOR DRONE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AERODATA AG to develop unmanned airborne surveillance systems for the Indian region. The collaboration centers around Aerodata's modular AeroForce X platform, a Medium Altitude Long Endurance Unmanned Aircraft System designed for demanding Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions. The partnership brings together Dynauton Systems, a division of Dynamatic Technologies focusing on unmanned systems development, with Aerodata's expertise in airborne surveillance technology. Having a market cap of Rs 8,494 crores, has delivered a decent profit growth of 41% CAGR over the past 3 years. Moreover, DIIs have increased stake in the company from 13.53% in Mar25 to 15.63% in Mar26 thereby showing confidence in the company's future growth prospects.
