ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING STOCKS TO BENEFIT FROM LATEST FDI POLICY CHANGES
India has eased investment rules for countries sharing a land border, allowing up to 10% foreign ownership in firms via the automatic route. Approvals for specific sectors like electronics components will now be fast-tracked to 60 days, aiming to boost domestic manufacturing and attract capital.
This move comes in tandem with the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS), for which Budget 2026-2027 raised outlay to Rs 40,000 crore, along with the government’s strong push to foster the electronics component ecosystem in India.
EMS stocks that will benefit from this policy change are DIXON , KAYNES , PGEL , SYRMA
