GODREJ PROPERTIES ACQUIRES LAND PARCELS IN KOLKATA AND GURUGRAM

has aquired a prime 5-acre land parcel off EM Bypass in Kolkata from the West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (WBHIDCO). The company has also acquired 11.36 acres in Gurugram (Haryana) through an outright purchase for residential development. The two acquisitions together carrying an estimated revenue potential of Rs 6,150 crore for the company. is the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group which is today one of India’s most successful conglomerates. The company has reported a sales growth of 39% CAGR over the past 3 years, and with these two new land parcels, the company is expected to post strong sales growth in the coming quarters.
