GREEN ENERGY STOCK IN FOCUS AFTER COMMISSIONING 100 MW, RAISING TOTAL GROUP CAPACITY TO 7,372 MW

declared 100 MW capacity of IRCON Renewable Power Limited (IRPL) commercially operational from 17th Sept 2025, increasing its total capacity from 7,272.575 MW to 7,372.575 MW. IRPL is a 24% joint venture (JV) of Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, which is itself a 50 percent JV of NTPC Green Energy Limited. On the financial part, reported a significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 18% from Rs 578 crores in Q1FY25 to Rs 680 crores in Q1FY26. Likewise, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs 139 crores to Rs 220 crores, representing a rise of around 58% YoY. The company is engaged in the business of power generation through non-conventional/renewable energy sources like wind, hydro, solar, tidal, geothermal, biomass, wave, waste, hybrid or any other form of green molecules.
