HERO MOTOCORP ENTERS ECUADOR IN PARTNERSHIP WITH QUILMOTORS

has expanded it's global footprint with a strategic entry into Ecuador, partnering local distributor Quilmotors to drive assembly, sales, and after-sales operations in the South American market. The move marks a calibrated push by the world’s largest two-wheeler maker to deepen it's presence in Latin America, a region seen as a high-growth mobility market. The company will introduce an initial portfolio of 8 models tailored to Ecuador’s varied terrain and usage patterns. The line-up spans commuter motorcycles, premium streetfighters, dual-purpose off-road bikes, and urban scooters. Having a market cap of Rs 1.02 lakh crore, the company has reported a 3-year profit growth of 24% CAGR. FIIs are also showing confidence in the company as they have increased stake from 27.43% in Mar25 to 31.15% in Mar26. Moreover, the company has been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 74% thereby making it a good investment opportunity for growth and steady income.
