ITC HOTELS TO ADD 3 NEW PROPERTIES IN WEST BENGAL

plans to expand the company's hospitality footprint in West Bengal with 3 new hotels, alongside the 5 already in the pipeline. The company is in the process of acquiring land for 3 hotel projects in Darjeeling, Kurseong and Sundarbans, aimed at tapping the state's growing tourism potential. At present, the group operates 7 hotels in West Bengal, including 2 super luxury properties in Kolkata (ITC Sonar and ITC Royal Bengal). The hotel division was demerged from the parent company in Jan25 and since then it's stock price has seen a gain of 10% in the last one year. The stock has corrected by 27% from it's all time high and thereby marks a good entry point for long term investing.
