JSW INFRASTRUCTURE TO INVEST Rs 2,100 CRORE FOR DEVELOPING 52 MTPA CAPTIVE JETTY IN ODISHA

India's second-largest private port operator

JSWINFRA
will develop a 52 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) captive jetty in Odisha. This comes a month after
JSWSTEEL
began construction of it's mega steel plant in the state. The jetty will be developed at the Jatadhari river mouth in Jagatsinghpur district and will pave the way for dedicated maritime infrastructure. It will support the group's upcoming 13.2 mtpa greenfield steel complex near Paradip. The dedicated marine facility is expected to handle imports of key raw materials while facilitating exports and domestic movement of finished steel products, substantially reducing logistics costs and turnaround time. Having a market cap of Rs 76,913 crore, the company has delivered a good profit growth of 40% CAGR over last 5 years. FIIs have also shown confidence in the company and have increased their stake from 6.64% in Jun25 to 10.71% in Jun26, thereby making it a strong investment opportunity.
