LEMON TREE HOTEL'S PROPERTY PORTFOLIO TOUCHES 269 HOTELS

LEMONTREE
has signed for 56 new hotels in FY26, thereby taking it's total portfolio to 269 hotels. This includes 131 operational properties and a pipeline of 138 hotels. The operational portfolio of 131 hotels consists over 11,000 keys across more than 80 destinations. During the year, expansion has been driven by growth across urban markets, tier II and tier III cities. The company added presence in pilgrimage locations such as Tirupati, Ayodhya and Somnath, as well as industrial hubs such as Bhilai, Rudrapur and Mhow. Having a market cap of Rs 8,897 crores, it is the largest mid-priced and the third largest overall hotel chain in India. It operate in the upscale segment and in the mid-priced sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy segments. The company has delivered a good profit growth of 207% CAGR over last 5 years, and with more properties in the pipeline, it's profit is expected to further grow in the coming years.
