LODHA DEVELOPERS TARGETS ANNUAL NET PROFIT OF Rs 8,500 CRORES BY FY31

aims for a 2.5x jump in it's annual net profit to over Rs 8,500 crore by the year 2030-31 as it remains bullish on demand for homes and commercial properties. The company feels that the Indian housing market is in the early stages of a structural expansion that is likely to last for decades. The convergence of rising incomes, urbanisation, supply consolidation and improving infrastructure creates a backdrop that is truly unique. The company recently posted strong FY26 numbers, with sales reaching Rs 16,676 crores, up by 21% as compared to FY25. It also reported a net profit of Rs 3,431 crore, up by 24% as compared to FY25. With robust expansion plans in the pipeline, the company can acieve it's targetted net profit of Rs 8,500 crores by FY31.
