OLECTRA GREENTECH BAGS ORDER WORTH Rs 1,800 CRORE FOR SUPPLY OF ELECTRIC BUSES

are in the news as the company has won an order worth Rs 1,800 crore for the supply, operation and maintenance of 1,085 electric buses for intra-city operations from Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC). These orders are on a gross cost contract (GCC) or OPEX model basis for a period of 12 years (contract period). Incorporated in 1992, the company is India's leading manufacturer of pure electric buses, with production facilities located in Hyderabad. It has produced and deployed all types of electric buses across the country. FIIs have increased their stake in the company from 5.69% in Dec24 to 6.90% in Dec25. DIIs have also increased their stake from 0.31% in Dec24 to 0.82% in Dec25.
